After you send a project summary we aim to respond on business days with the right contact. This form is a static demo — submissions do not reach a server. For a formal tender, note drawing revisions, site constraints, and your target programme so we can offer a comparable tender structure, not a single opaque lump sum.

Pricing and how we respond

To compare tenders fairly and limit scope arguments, please share where you can: site address or suburb, project type (new / renovation / extension / development), approximate area or key room count, target start window, and whether drawings and a consultant team already exist.

We usually respond by: checking completeness → desktop or site feasibility → work-package assumptions and RFIs → written tender or a meeting invite. On complex jobs we may suggest structural, energy, or hydraulic input before pricing so assumptions stay honest.

Note: This site is statically hosted — the form is a layout demo. Submit may open a mail client or show a placeholder only. For real work, email support@centurybuilthomes.com.au or call 07 2110 5837.

  1. Complete the form and check attachment size (prefer drawing links or split archives in email).
  2. We confirm receipt and next steps within two business days by email or phone.
  3. If a site visit is needed, we book a time and share safety expectations beforehand.

If the job involves extensions, party walls, or heritage controls, say so in the message so our first reply can flag likely lead consultants (structural, energy, planning) and cut consultant ping-pong.

Formal tenders: email support@centurybuilthomes.com.au with attachments and drawing notes. This form creates no server-side record.

FAQ · Request a quote

Where does a demo form submission go?

This form does not write to a server; the demo submit is only a browser prompt. For a real enquiry email support@centurybuilthomes.com.au with drawing revision references, or call 07 2110 5837.

Minimum information before a first tender?

At least: suburb or address (can be anonymised), building type and rough size, target programme, and whether drawings exist with revision IDs. For extensions or party walls, flag interface sensitivities. More complete inputs mean fewer hidden assumptions and more comparable prices.

Why insist on drawing revisions, not only renders?

Renders do not carry construction layers, junction details, or approval conditions. Without a controlled drawing set, tenderers fill gaps with assumptions — lump sums become incomparable or blow up at variation stage. At concept-only depth, expect staged pricing or qualified ranges.

Large attachments — recommended approach?

Prefer controlled links (company file share or consultant CDE) with access and expiry explained in email. If you must split archives, state the naming rule and checksum in the subject and opening paragraph so nothing is missed.
