This section covers the duplex and townhome multi-unit housing type. Compared to detached houses, additional complexity arises from shared interfaces, consistent streetscapes, and the division of operational and maintenance responsibilities under strata conditions. The following describes the quality dimensions we emphasise in this project type — specific projects are subject to contract and case documentation.
Shared walls and sound insulation
Meets structural sound and equipment vibration control outside specifications; through-wall sealing and maintenance are accessible.
Facade and waterproofing
The unified modulus reduces the geometric risk of brick joint dislocation and flooding; batch color difference is pre-controlled.
Strata and operation and maintenance
There are total rainwater pipes, shafts and inspection openings with the same numbers on the drawings and on site.
Shared walls and sound insulation
In addition to meeting the minimum sound insulation index of the specification, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, the fresh air unit and the water supply and drainage riser may introduce structure-borne sound and low-frequency noise. The location of the electromechanical platform, the fireproof and waterproof sealing of pipe wall casings, and whether the inspection opening is accessible without disturbing neighbors should be locked in the drawing stage instead of relying on "wrapping up" during the decoration stage.
Street view, module and purchase batch
If each model independently optimizes the facade joints without unifying the module, it is easy to cause misalignment of brick joints, difficulty in overlapping hanging boards, and insufficient flashing length. Material batch and color difference control should be included in the procurement and production scheduling plan; for any finish changes between units, a simultaneous check should be made to see if the finish assumptions in the energy and approval documents are still valid.
Strata interface and storm water system
The impact of shared rainwater risers, mechanical and electrical shafts and roof water diversion on neighboring yards needs to be jointly reviewed on the general plan and section. During the construction phase, it is recommended to establish unified numbers for common components and index them in the as-built documents to quickly locate the responsible interface in case of later leakage or equipment replacement.

Please leave the number of units, whether there is a strata draft and street view consistency requirements, so that we can make a preliminary judgment on the workload of interface coordination.
